摘要
报道了粉质拟青霉 (PaecilomycesfarinosusBrown&Smith) 990 5菌株对黄刺蛾幼虫的致病性。研究表明 ,在菌液浓度逐渐增加的情况下 ,黄刺蛾幼虫的死亡率逐渐上升。当粉质拟青霉孢子浓度为 5 0× 1 0 9孢子 /ml时 ,1 0天后幼虫死亡率为 84%。另外 ,从试验结果可知 ,粉质拟青霉 990 5属于偏低温型的虫生真菌 ,适合防治在秋末盛行的黄刺蛾幼虫 ,因此在大面积的果林中应用粉质拟青霉防治黄刺蛾幼虫具有广阔的前景 ,是应用微生物制剂防治害虫的一种有效措施。
In the present paper, it was tested that using P.farinosus 9905 against the larvae of C.flavescens. The main results are as follows:1. The Concentration of P.farimosus 9905 higher and mortality of C.flavescens higher.When the consistency is 5.0×10\+9 conidia/ml, death rate will be 84% after ten days.2. The period from the end of autumn to beginning of winter is very suitable for the infection of P.farinosus 9905 to C.flavescens. So P.farinosus 9905 is a good resource of microbial insecticide against C.flavescens in orchard.
