摘要
电厂锅炉水中全铁离子的在线检测,是基于酸性介质中亚铁离子与邻菲罗啉生成稳定的橙红色络合物的原理,通过光电比色法测定全铁的含量,对检测所需要的还原剂、缓冲液和显色剂进行药剂用量及储存方式上的改进,使其具有加药快速、存放稳定、消耗低等优点,并对该设计方案进行可行性验证。
The on-line monitoring of the total iron ion in the power plant boiler water is using the photoelectric calorimetry. This method is based on Fe ( Ⅱ ) in acidic medium producing a stable orange-red complex with o-phenanthroline. The article improves the dosages and storage methods of reductant, buffer and the chromogenic agent. The new design has solved the pollution problem in the pharmacy long-term storage;and the feasibility has been verified.
