摘要 眼科光学仪器的广泛使用,在带来便利的同时,也会对视网膜造成潜在的伤害。虽然眼睛已经适应了多种机制来保护自身免受这种危害,但是在一定情况下,眼睛暴露在光中仍然会导致暂时或永久性损伤。光可能会通过光热、光学机械和光化学作用,造成视网膜损伤。本文旨在描述这些作用的机制。 Ophthalmic optical instruments widely used in convenience , it would also cause potential harm to the retina . Al- though the eyes have adapted to a variety of mechanisms to protect themselves from this hazard , but in certain circumstances , the eyes exposed to light can cause temporary or permanent damage. Light may be through photothermal, photomechanical and photochemical effect , causing retinal damage. This paper aims to describe the mechanism of these effects.
