生物型人工硬脑膜在外伤大骨瓣减压术中应用安全性观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨生物型人工硬脑膜(脑膜建)在外伤大骨瓣减压术中的应用安全性。方法:将笔者所在医院接受外伤大骨瓣减压术患者70例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予脑膜卫士修补,观察组同时给予脑膜建,评估两组临床治疗效果及安全性。结果:观察组患者并发症发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者日常生活能力评定与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脑膜建在外伤大骨瓣减压术中应用安全性高,临床效果好,值得应用。 Objective:To investigate the safty of biotype artificial cerebral dura mater(naojianmo) in trauma major bones valve decompression.Method:The 70 cases with received the trauma major bones valve decompression were divided into the observe group and the control group.The control group received the naomo guard,and the observe group received the treatment of naomojian.Result:The complication rate in the observe group was same to that in control group(P 0.05). The evaluation of activities of daily living in the observe group was same to that in control group(P 0.05).Conclusion:The use of biotype artificial cerebral dura mater(naomojian) in trauma major bones valve decompression is safe,so it is worth being used.
