山东省新时期农村贫困状况及扶贫对策研究——基于对全省3000个贫困村的调查

筛选确定了全省3000个贫困村作为调查对象,进行了贫困状况调查分析。分析表明,山东农村贫困状况综合表现为"四低一差",即农民收入低、农业综合效益低、农民增收致富能力低、农民社会保障水平低、农民生活基础设施条件差。为此,提出了5项对策建议。

Sieving 3000 poor villages as investigation object, the author carried on a poor condition survey analysis. The village poor condition in Shandong synthesizes the performance as ＂four lows and a poomess＂, namely the farmer income is low, the agriculture comprehensive efficiency is low, the income increase ability of farmers is low, the level of farmer society guarantee is low, and farmer life infrastructure condition is poor. For this, the author puts forward 5 counterplan suggestions.
