摘要
商务英语合同作为一种法律文件,在对外商务交流与合作中被越来越多地使用。商务英语合同具有言词正式规范、措辞准确严谨的特征,其直接关系到合同双方的经济利益,因此商务英语合同的翻译更需要做到准确、严谨、完整。本通过中英文对比合同实例分析,探讨了商务英语合同的语言特色及翻译技巧。
As a kind of legal documents, business English contract in foreign business exchanges and cooperation is used more and more. Business English contract are words of formal, rigorous and precise, it directly affects the economic interests of the contract both sides, so business English contract translation need to be more accurate, correct and complete. In this article, through the example analysis in both English and Chinese, the author discusses the language features of the business English contract features and translation skills.
