摘要 目的探讨FISH技术在膀胱癌TURBT术后的诊断价值。方法收集我院2009年1月至2012年1月膀胱癌TURBT术后患者58例,术后12个月内每3个月予患者行FISH、膀胱镜、尿脱落细胞检查。患者的中位随访时间为18个月(12~24个月)。阴性对照组取自健康志愿者及非尿路上皮癌患者尿液。结果膀胱镜及尿脱落细胞形态学阴性而FISH阳性的患者复发率明显高于FISH阴性的患者;FISH阳性的平均检测时间低于膀胱镜镜检阳性时间。结论对于TURBT术后的患者,术后FISH尿脱落细胞检查有助于术后监测及评估复发危险性。 Objective To assess the diagnostic value of fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) in post-TURBT of bladder cancer patients. Methods 58 patients of post-transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) were invested for once every three months during post surgery 12 months by FISH, cystoscope and examination of castoff cells in urine from January in 2009 to January in 2012. The median follow-up time was 18 months (range12 to 24 months). The control groups were the urine which was health volunteer and epidermal cancer patients with non urethral disease. Results Relapse rate of post TURBT patients of cystoscope and examination of cast-off cells negative patients with FISH positive was higher than that with FISH negative patients. The mean detective time of FISH was lower than cystoscope and examination of castoff ceils in urine. Conclusion The detection of FISH has significance for early diagnosis, prognosis evaluation, and recurrence monitoring of bladder cancer patients after TURBT.
