摘要
目的了解2012年度贵州省甲型流感病毒各个亚型的组成情况。方法收集流感样病例标本,提取病毒核酸RNA,通过实时荧光定量PCR(Real-Time PCR)方法筛选甲型流感病毒阳性的标本,再对其进行各个亚型的鉴别,了解甲型流感病毒各个亚型的组成情况。结果本年度共检测到甲型流感病毒73份,其中甲型H3亚型病毒71份;新型H1N1病毒2份;甲型H1亚型病毒未检出。结论贵州省2012年度甲型流感病毒的优势毒株为甲型H3亚型病毒,占总甲型流感病毒的97.27%;新型H1N1病毒占总甲型流感病毒的2.73%。甲型H1亚型病毒未检出。
Objective To understand all subtypes of influenza A virus composition in Guizhou Province in 2012. Methods Influenza-like cases specimens were collected and extracted virus nucleic acid RNA. Influenza A virus positive samples were screened and the various subtypes of differential by real time fluorescence quantitative PCR (Real-Time PCR), and influenza A virus subtype composition of each were understood. Results Total of detection to influenza A virus of 73 copies in 2012. The influenza H3 virus subtype was 71. The novel H1N1 virus was 2. Influenza A subtype H1 virus was not detected. Conclusion Guizhou Province influenza A virus is strains of influenza H3 advantage subtype virus in 2012 and account for 97.27% in total of influenza A virus and the novel HIN1 virus influenza virus account for 2. 73%. Influenza A subtype H1 virus is not detected.
