Vitapex糊剂在有瘘型慢性根尖周炎的应用 被引量:4

摘要 慢性根尖周炎是一种细菌感染性疾病。而有瘘型根尖周炎作为慢性根尖周炎的一种,是口腔内科临床上的常见病、多发病。有研究表明,多重细菌性感染是其主要的致病因子。根管系统的复杂解剖形态又增加了清理感染病原微生物难度和根管治疗临床操作的难度,根管内外尤其是根尖1/3组织定植的细菌生物膜的形成,也成为有瘘型根尖周炎瘘管经久不愈的主要根源。
