假性甲状旁腺功能减退3例临床分析及文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 假性甲状旁腺功能减退症（PHP）是一种具有以低钙血症和高磷血症为特征的显性或隐性遗传性甲状旁腺疾病,以血清甲状旁腺激素（PTU）抵抗为特征,临床表现为手足搐搦、癫痫样发作及低血钙、高血磷、PTH升高或正常、低尿钙、低尿磷的生化特点,典型患者可伴有体格发育异常、智力发育迟缓、体态矮胖、脸圆。
