MIPPO技术结合LCP治疗胫骨远端骨折24例疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 胫骨远端骨折约占下肢骨折的1%,占胫骨骨折的7%~10%,多数为高能量损伤所致,同时伴有严重的软组织损伤。由于胫骨远端皮下软组织少且与骨骼紧密相连,局部组织血循环差等解剖特点,给临床治疗带来了很大的困难。
