Carto引导多发房速和房扑消融治疗1例报告
摘要
本文报道1例三维电磁导管定位系统（Carto）引导下导管消融治疗右心房特发性房性心动过速（房速）合并Ⅰ型心房扑动（房扑）病例。1资料与方法1.1临床资料67岁男性,劳力性心悸、头晕4年,加重1年,于2012年6月入院。4年来反复于体力活动时感心悸,重时伴头晕。近1年症状加重,较重体力活动时心悸、头晕明显,
