大庆低碳生态城市建设现状及对策研究

Present Situation of Daqing Low Carbon Ecological City Construction and Countermeasure

在油气资源型城市面临油气资源储量大量耗竭、生态赤字日益严重的背景下,油气资源型城市积极建设低碳生态城市已成为其转型的必然趋势。本文以油气资源型城市大庆市为例,在介绍大庆近年发展概况的基础上,分析了大庆市低碳生态城市建设的现状,最后提出了促进大庆低碳生态城市建设的相应对策。现在的大庆已变为以"天然百湖之城、绿色油化之都、北国温泉之乡"为城市名片,以石油产业、石化产业、服务外包产业、乳品加工产业、旅游产业等为主,多产业齐头并进的现代化综合经济强市。

At present, the oil and gas resources city faces oil and gas resources exhaustion, and ecological deficit increase. It has become the inevitable trend of transformation that oil and gas resources type city actively construct low carbon ecological city. Taking oil and gas resource type city of Daqing as an example, based on introducing the development situation of Daqing in recent years, the paper analyzed the current situation of low carbon ecological city construction in Daqing City, finally proposed the countermeasure to promote low carbon ecological city construction of Daqing. Now Daqing has turned into a ＂natural lakes city, green oil city, city of hot spring＂, multi- industry, such as the petroleum industry, petrochemical industry, service outsourcing industry, dairy processing industry, and tourism industry, parallel develop.
