建筑工程造价控制贯穿于项目的全过程,对建筑工程造价进行合理且有效地控制,是减少工程项目投入资金与完善工程项目经费保障制度的有效途径。本文从工程项目建设各个阶段的造价控制进行详细地阐述。
Cost control is throughout the course of project construction. Reasonable and effective control of construction project cost is the effective way to reduce the project investment and improve the system of project funds guarantee. This paper describes the cost control at the various stages of the project construction.
