关于广州亚运主会场建筑性质转变的思考

Reflections on the Transition in Building Identity of the Main Venue of Guangzhou Asian Games

广州亚运会主会场位于广州市黄金节点——海心沙之上,在建设之初被批准为临时建筑。然而随着两年使用期限的到来,这座本应寿终正寝的"匆匆过客"却华丽转身,成功贴上了"永久建筑"的标签,其变身的合法性和公正性受到外界的质疑。临时建筑变身永久建筑、公共绿地变身演艺场所、低密度保护模式变身高强度开发模式,这些变化对海心沙片区的发展和城市的成长带来怎样的影响?文章从空间形态、城市文化、公共政策等视角予以阐述。

The main venue of Guangzhou Asian Games is located in Haixinsha--the node of Guangzhou, it was approved as a temporary building in the beginning of the construction. While with the end of two-years service life, the venue has become a permanent building which should have come to an end, the move naturally raised questions about its legitimacy and impartiality： Temporary building turned into permanent building, public green space turned into performing arts venue, low density protection mode turned into height density development mode, there will be what kind of impact to the development of Haixinsha area, as well as the urban growth？ This article explains the effect from the perspective of space form, city culture and public policy.
