摘要
随着市场经济体制不断推进,电力施工企业间的竞争越来越激烈,因此加强项目成本控制势在必行。本文以某变电站扩建为例,探究施工项目的成本控制,为相关研究人士提供理论参考依据。
With the progresses of market economy, competition in power construction enterprises becomes more intense, thus it is imperative to enhance the project cost control. Taking a substation expansion for example, this paper explored the cost control of construction project to provide theoretical basis for relevant researcher.
