Performance Evaluation Study of Financial Expenditure Based on the Perspective of the Whole Process

基于国际金融组织全过程绩效评价理念,分析了当前国内财政支出项目绩效评价实践,基于国际金融组织全过程绩效评价理念,提出推进财政支出项目全过程绩效管理的基本策略,以进一步完善财政支出项目全过程动态绩效评价体系。

Based on the whole process performance evaluation concept of international financial organizations, this paper analyzed the performance evaluation practice of current domestic financial expenditure, on the basis of the whole process performance evaluation concept of international financial organizations, put forward the basic strategies for the whole process performance management to further improve the whole process dynamic performance evaluation system of financial expenditure.
