摘要 民办院校对教师提出了更高的要求,教师要创造性地发挥主导作用,引发学生学习的主动性和积极性。科学运用"导学法"能够取得良好的教学效果。按照学生学习状态,施以"教学三导";按照知识类型,采取"考核三导";按照学生性格特点,实施"教育三导"。用心施"导",使"学"有成效,会让教师增强使命感,收获成就感;使教学过程妙趣横生,妙不可言;使教学效果令人满意,实现目标。 Private institutes have raised higher requirements for teachers that they should play the leading role innovatively to trigger students' learning initiative and enthusiasm. Scientific application of the "guiding learning method" can bring good teaching effect. According to students" learning state, the "3 Teaching guides" is applied; according to types of knowledge, the "3 Evaluation guides" is applied; according to students" personalities, "3 Education guides" is applied. Teachers' dedicated guidance will lead to effective learning and thus enhancing teachers~ sense of mission and achievement. The teaching process can be very interesting and the teaching goal can be achieved.
