摘要
目前,高职院校教师作为学校人力资源管理的核心仍存在着理念落后、人员配置不科学、绩效考评制度不全面、缺乏规划等诸多问题。高职院校必须抓住时机,立足于办学实际,借鉴高校人力资源管理新的研究成果,在实践中不断创新,有效提高教师人力资源管理的水平,促进各项事业的顺利发展。
Teachers are the core of higher vocational college human resource management in which there are many problems including backward concept, unscientific staffing, incomplete performance appraisal system, lack of planning and so on. Higher vocational colleges must seize the opportunities and draw lessons from the new research results of university human resource management based on the practical situation. They should carry out continuous innovation in practice in order to increase the human resource management level and promote the smooth develooment of all business.
