针对城市防空作战中我地面防空力量面临的主要问题,立足现有条件,军民结合,通过建立顺畅的空情侦察预警,合理部署兵力发挥军民优势,统一指挥协同来提高城市防空作战能力。

Aiming at the main problems facing ground air defense force in urban air defense operation, based on the existing conditions 4 and relying on army-civilian combination, this article focuses on improving the air defense operation ability through the establishment of smooth air condition detection and early warning system, reasonable deployment of force, good use of army-civilian combination and unified command and coordination.
