载脂蛋白A5启动子-1131T>C及56C>G基因多态性与血脂水平的相关性研究

Study on the relationship between apolipoprotein A5gene promoter-1131T>C and 56C>G poly morphism and level of serum lipid in Han People in Guizhou

摘要 目的探讨贵州省汉族人群ApoA5-1131T>C及56C>G两个位点基因型频率的分布及其基因多态性与血脂的相关性。方法检测283例健康人群的血脂水平,并采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)检测ApoA5-1131T>C及56C>G基因型。结果ApoA5-1131T>C位点各等位基因频率分别为T 63.4%、C 36.6%。其中C基因携带者(TC、CC)的TG明显高于非C携带者(TT),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而TC、LDL-C、HDL-C差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);56C>G存在CC、CG基因型,各等位基因频率为C 96.5%、G 3.5%,其与血脂之间差异均无统计学意义。结论人群ApoA5-1131T>C基因多态性与血浆TG水平增高有关。 Objective To explore the gene frequency distribution of apolipoprotien A5 (ApoA5) --1131T^C and 56C〉G and its relationship between ApoA5 polymorphism and the serum levels of lipids. Methods Polymerase chain reaction fragments length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was used to detect the ApoAS--1131T〉C and 56C〉G genotypes in 283 Han People in Guizhou. Results The fre- quency of the ApoA5-1131 T alleles was 63.4%, C alleles was 36.6%. The C type carriers (TC+ CC) had a significant increase in TG levels compared with non-C carriers (TT) (P〈0.05), and the serum levels of TC, LDL-C, HDL-C had no significant between the two groups. The frequency of the ApoA5 56C alleles was 96.5%, G alleles was 3.5%. There were no statistically significant differences between serum lipid and genotype. Conclusion ApoA5 --1131T〉C polymorphism is related with the increased serum TG levels. In the ApoA5 56C〉G, There is no significant difference between serum lipid and genotype.
