摘要 人长时间摄入低剂量抗生素残留的动物性食品,可能会引起人体过敏反应、致病菌耐药性增加并可造成肠道菌群失调。在众多的兽用抗生素中,链霉素是兽医临床上比较常用的抗生素,为了限制链霉素类抗生素在牛乳中的残留量,
