女性生殖系统双重癌1例报告并文献复习

1病历资料
患者，女，49岁，2011年11朋29日因“不规则阴道流血3＋月”入院。既往月经规律，孕5产1，入院前曾于当地医院行诊刮术，病检提示“宫腔、宫颈子宫内膜腺癌（高分化）”，患者要求进一步治疗入住贵州省人民医院。内科查体除血压140／88mmHg外，余无特殊，全身浅表淋巴结未扪及明显肿大。
