摘要
短跑前摆着地缓冲和后蹬阶段是支撑地面的阶段。其中前摆着地缓冲阶段是跑进中受"阻力"最大的阶段,后蹬阶段则是跑进中获得动力最大的阶段,是推动人体向前运动的主要动力来源。掌握正确合理的着地缓冲技术,是尽可能减少着地阻力,顺利进入到后蹬这一"动力"阶段的关键环节。设法加大跑进中的推进力,是改进跑的技术、提高跑速的最重要的技术环节,明确并抓住这两个关键环节进行针对性训练,是提高短跑速度最有效的方法。
Sprint swing- forward touchdown buffer and pressing- down are the supporting ground stage. During the running process, the swing - forward touchdown buffer stage faces the biggest resistance while pressing - down stage obtain maximum power which is the main power source to push the body forward movement. Master the buffering technique correctly is the key link which can reduce the resistance as far as possible and get well into the pressing - down stage. Try to increase the running of propulsion is the most important technical aspects which can improve the running techniques and improve the running speed, clearly and grasp the two key links of specific training, is the most effective method to improve the speed of sprint.
