Multiple-oriented Right to Privacy

在研究隐私权基本属性的过程中,很难将隐私权归入一个属性的权利当中。传统的权利划分理论,如公权利与私权利、人格权与财产权、积极权利与消极权利等,都无法用单一视角去研究与界定隐私权。随着隐私权地发展,其所囊括的内容越来越丰富。一种带有混合性质的隐私权呈现出来,所谓多重面向的隐私权。

In the process of studying the attributes of the right to privacy,it is found that the right to privacy is difficult to be classified as one attribute.The traditional theories of division of rights,such as rights in public law and rights in private law,personality rights and property rights,positive rights and negative rights,cannot define the right to privacy by a single perspective.The development of the right to privacy makes its content become richer,and the right to privacy with hybrid attributes is emerging,that is,multiple-oriented right to privacy.
