中国电信业资本存量的估算:1978—2010

Estimation of China Telecom Industry Capital Stock:1978—2010

电信业是重要的公用性基础设施产业,准确核算我国电信业的资本存量是研究行业自身发展规律和对国民经济增长起促进作用的基础性工作。本文首先搜集了中国电信业有关投资数据;然后对相关参数进行处理,利用永续盘存法估算了中国电信业1978—2010年的资本存量;最后估算结果和过去我国电信业发展状况相符,从另一个侧面反映改革开放以来中国电信业的资产积累过程和发展状况。

Telecommunications industry is one of the most important public infrastructure industries.Accurately calculating the capital stock is the basic work for the research on the industrial development law and the promotion of national economic growth.The data about investment of China＇s telecom industry is collected and the relevant parameters are analyzed.By using the perpetual inventory method,the capital stock of China＇s telecom industry from 1978 to 2010 is estimated;the estimation result is in accordance with China＇s telecom industry development trend,which reflects its capital accumulation process and development situation.
