摘要
文章介绍了新疆教育学院中小学少数民族双语教师培训工作的情况,回顾了培训工作的历史进程以及取得的成绩和成功经验,以期总结出有效的培训模式,提高培训质量。
This paper introduces the current situation of bilingual training program for teachers in primary and secondary schools of Xinjiang and summarizes its achievement and successful experiment for the purpose of in- novating the training pattern and improving the quality of the program.
