摘要
新疆少数民族双语教师汉语掌握情况的好坏直接关系到双语教育教学质量的优劣,关系到少数民族整体素质的提升。文章从新疆的双语教育教学政策入手,描述了目前少数民族双语教师队伍的现状并提出了提高和加强少数民族双语教师汉语水平的对策。
