摘要
通过对伊犁州地区部分小学的校长、教师和学生的问卷调查和访谈,发现在新课程改革理念下影响新疆少数民族地区小学教师素质发展的主要因素有多元知识体系不足、教学能力差、教学效果不好、科研能力薄弱及师德有待提高等,文章针对这些问题提出了对策和建议。
Based on a survey of teachers quality development in the primary schools of ethnic area in Xin- jiang, this paper tries to find the major hindrance of teacher's quality development by means of questionnaire and interview on the part of school principals, teachers and students. The finding shows that the major hin- drances of teachers quality development include the insufficient knowledge system, lack of teaching tech- niques, inefficiency of teaching, poor capacity of research and teachers" morality problem. To eliminate these hindrances, the article provides some solutions and suggestions .
