文章以新疆跨越式发展为背景,阐述了当前治安管理创新的必要性,分析了治安管理工作中存在的问题,探索建立完善边境地区治安管控工作的长效机制,提升公安边防部队综合管控效能,以适应并服务于新疆跨越式发展和长治久安的需要,与发展同频共振。

This article discusses the necessity of innovating the current security management of Xinjiang in the period of Leap- forward development, and analyzes the current problems in the security management in the hope of establishing and improving the permanent security management system in border area, and promoting the efficiency of frontier forces＂ management. Therefore, the security management system is able to meet the needs of Xinjiang＇ security in the period of leap - forward development and the long period of stability to a- chieve the harmony of development in Xinjiang.
