Application Rationality of Pantoprazole Sodium for Injection in The First Hospital of Jilin University:Analysis of 598 Cases

目的:了解我院注射用泮托拉唑钠的使用情况,并对其使用合理性进行分析,为临床用药提供参考。方法:利用计算机随机选取2012年3月应用注射用泮托拉唑钠的病例中1/3的病例进入样本,共计598例,对其用药科室、用药基本情况、适应证、治疗效果、不良反应、用药评价与联合用药是否合理进行分析。结果:用药不合理率高达37.29%(223/598),主要不合理现象为无明确用药指征和用药疗程过长。结论:质子泵抑制剂(PPI)应用不合理现象较为普遍,医院需进一步强化其规范化应用。

OBJECTIVE ：To investigate the use of pantoprazole sodium for injection in our hospital and analyze its application rationality for clinical reference of rational use of drug. METHODS： By using computer, a total of 598 patients （accounting for one-third of those who used pantoprazole sodium for injection in March 2012） were included as samples for analysis with regard to departments in which pantoprazole sodium for injection was administered, the basic drug use situation, indications, therapeutic effects, adverse reactions, medication evaluation and of rationality in drug combination etc. RESULTS： 37.29 percent （223/598） used pantoprazole sodium injection irrationally; the irrationality mainly manifested as unclear indication and long duration of medication. CONCLUSION ： Non-rational use of proton pump inhibitors is widespread, hence standardized use of proton pump inhibitors need to further strengthened in hospital.
