门急诊处方点评与分析

Comment and Analysis on Outpatient & Emergency Prescriptions

目的:加强医院处方规范化管理,提高处方质量,纠正不合理用药现象。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对2011年1月—2013年1月医院门急诊处方进行点评与分析。结果:合理处方占92%(2 208/2 400),不合理处方占8%(192/2 400),处方平均用药品种数为1.6种,国家基本药物使用率为42.42%,抗菌药物使用率为17%。结论:通过处方的点评与干预,处方质量及合理用药水平得以提高。

OBJECTIVE：To strengthen standardized management of prescriptions in hospital, improve the quality of prescriptions, and correct the phenomenon of irrational drug use. METHODS： By a retrospective study, the outpatient ＆ emergency prescriptions from January 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital were given comment and analysis. RESULTS： 92% （2 208/2 400） of the prescriptions were found to be rational and 8% （192/2 400） were irrational ; the average number of drugs prescribed was 1.6 ; the rate of national essential drugs was 42.42%, and the rate of antibiotic use was 17%. CONCLUSION： The comment and intervention on prescriptions resulted in improvement in both the quality of prescriptions and the level of rational use of drug.
