摘要
氯气通常是通过高压钢罐的方式贮存,一旦发生泄漏,由于氯气的剧毒性和易爆性,会给临近区域人员安全造成威胁,并会给救援处置工作带来巨大困难。通过数值模拟的方法,研究了氯气容器泄漏事故时氯气的扩散、发展以及蔓延运动规律,运用医学上的氯气伤害浓度值作为判据,给出了不同环境风条件下氯气储罐泄漏后氯气浓度超过氯气伤害浓度以上的区域范围随时间的变化,总结了最大影响半径随风速的变化规律,并以此确定了疏散安全距离。
This paper analyzes the risk of a chemical plant chlorine leak and discusses the chlorine diffusion of a chlorine container leakage accident, the development and spread by using the method of a numerical simulation. Based on the chlorine concentration of a medical damage value as a criterion to determine the concentration of a chlorine gas which reaches the dangerous state of the time, which initially judges the scope of the accident, the paper formulates the reasonable evacuation distance. It is significance for a chloralkali chemical enterprise to effectively deal with disasters and reducing losses.
