短声改变听觉中枢下丘神经元对纯音的反应特性 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究短声与纯音之间对听觉中枢下丘(inferior colliculus,IC)神经元反应的相互影响。方法采用对侧给声、细胞外记录(cell-attached recording)的方法,给予短声后,记录下丘神经元对纯音反应的变化情况,分析短声和纯音之间的相互影响。结果给予短声后,某些下丘神经元对纯音感受野(receptive field,RF)发生改变,从低频向高频方向飘移,且这些神经元的阈值都升高。结论短声可以改变听觉下丘神经元对纯音的反应特性。 Objective To investigate the responses of inferior colliculus (IC) neurons to click and tone, and their rela- tionship. Methods Extracellular recordings (eell-attatched recording) were made to record the responses changes of IC neu- rons to tone after giving click controlaterally. The relationship between click and tone was analysed. Results After giving click, the receptive fields (RFs) of some IC neurons changed from low frequency to high frequency, and all the thresholds of these neurons were increased. Conclusion The click can change the responses of IC neurons to tone.
