军队中心医院职能科室建设问题与对策思考

Thoughts on Problems and Countermeasures of Functional Department Construction in Military Central Hospital

目的探讨新形势下军队中心医院职能科室在医院管理中的地位与作用。方法对军队中心医院职能科室建设存在的若干问题进行初步分析,结合医院实际,提出解决办法。结果职能科室建设中存在作用地位认识不足,科室设置不够完善,人员编配不够合理等问题。需要在科室设置、人员配备、科室管理等方面采取相应对策。结论军队中心医院职能科室建设对加强医院科学管理意义重大,应引起医院管理者的高度重视。

Objective To study the position and role of functional departments in the management in the military central hospital under the new situation. Methods Through a preliminary analysis, some problems existing in the func- tional department construction were pointed out, and the solutions based on the practice of the hospital were presented. Results There existed the problems including the understanding deficiencies to the role and position of the functional de- partment, not perfect department setup and unreasonable personnel configurations in the functional department construe- tion. The corresponding countermeasures regarding to the department setup, personnel configurations and department management should be taken. Conclusion The functional department construction is of great significance to strengthen scientific hospital management, which should be highly valued by the hospital managers.
