摘要
针对1例一氧化碳中毒致横纹肌溶症的具体病例,临床药师运用所学知识和经验,跟踪患者入院治疗的全过程,学习横纹肌溶解综合征的药物治疗方案,提出合理化建议,患者病情好转并很快出院。通过对这1例横纹肌溶解综合征患者的药学服务显示,临床药师为临床提供药学服务可以减少用药风险,提高患者生活质量,有助于促进临床合理用药。
According to this specific carbon monoxide poisoning induced rhabdomyolysis case,clinical pharmacists applied the related knowledge and experience through tracking the whole process of hospitalized patients,studied rhabdomyolysis syndrome drug treatment programs and made reasonable suggestions.The patient gradually recovered and discharged soon.Bsed on this pharmaceutical care for a rhabdomyolysis syndrome case,it has been proved that clinical pharmacists can reduce medication risks,improve patient quality of life and finally enhance the rational clinical drug use.
