摘要
临江场地的砂层一般较深厚且与外江水位连通,当外江水位较高时,会导致严重的基坑排水抗渗问题以及建筑物的永久抗浮问题。本文对一临江基坑的实际工程进行渗流分析,地下室底板直接坐落在砂层上,地下水对地下室底板造成较大的扬压力,而且地下水溢出对地下室底板施工造成较大困难。根据该工程特点,同时针对雨季时江水位具有骤升骤降的性质,本文提出盲沟排水减压方案,有效解决基坑开挖时的基坑排水问题,也为地下室永久抗浮问题提供了设计参数及解决方案。
The sand bed at riverside site is usually thick and related to the water head of the river, in case of high water head, there will be problems about drainage and anti - seepage of foundation pit and permanent anti - floating of the building. In this paper, the seepage of a riverside foundation pit is analyzed, the basement floor is seated on the sand layer and on the floor there would be large uplift pressure from ground water, and the overflow of ground water would cause difficulty for the floor construction. Considering the characteristics of this project and rapid rise and drop of the river water during rain season, a program of drainage and pressure release by blind ditch was suggested, which solved the drainage problem during foundation pit construction and offered design parameters and solutions for permanent anti - floating of the basement.
