摘要
目的通过检测患者CA199的表达来探讨其表达升高的意义。方法对158例入选者进行了CA199的检测,并观察了CA199正常组和异常组的差异。结果 CA199表达异常组有器质性疾病患者所占比例明显高于CA199表达正常组,CA199表达异常组肿瘤患者所占比例明显高于CA199表达正常组。结论 CA199的表达异常,对临床疾病诊断有一定意义。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CA199 by detecting the expression of Serum CA199. Methods Serum CA199 were detected in 158 cases. And we observed the difference between normal group and abnormal group. Results The proportion of patients with parenchymal disease in abnormal group were higher than that in normal group. The proportion of patients with tumor in abnormal group were also higher than that in normal group. Conclusion The expression of Serum CA199 play an important role in diagnosis of disease.
