振源胶囊治疗冠心病心力衰竭合并糖调节受损的临床观察

Clinical observation of Zhengyuan capsule on patients both with coronary heart disease heart failure and impaired glucose regulation

目的观察振源胶囊治疗冠心病心力衰竭合并糖调节受损的疗效。方法将62例冠心病心力衰竭合并糖调节受损的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组均接受慢性心力衰竭的常规治疗,对照组加服拜糖平,治疗组加服振源胶囊,治疗6个月比较左心室射血分数、N端脑钠肽前体、血糖、糖化血红蛋白的变化。结果治疗组在改善心功能方面有明显效果,显著优于对照组(P<0.05),两组血糖、糖化血红蛋白均有下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论振源胶囊可调节血糖,改善心功能。

Objective To observe the treatment of coronary heart disease （ CHD） heart failure combined the curative effect of impaired glucose regulation. Methods 62 patients both with coronary heart disease heart failure and impaired glucose regulation were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Both groups received routine treatment of chronic heart failure,the control group was administered with Acarbose and the treatment group was administered with Zhengyuan capsule above regular treatment. Left ventricular ejection fraction,N-terminal Pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide,blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin A1c were compared between pretreatment and post treatment after six months. Results The treatment group had obvious effect in improving heart function than the control group（ P 0. 05） . Two groups of blood glucose glycosylated hemoglobin A1c have declined,but there was no significant difference. Conclusion Zhengyuan capsule can regulate blood sugar,improve heart function.
