中西医结合治疗肩-手综合征90例

Integrative medicine treat shoulder-hand syndrome in 90 cases

目的探寻临床治疗脑血管病及其后遗征中常见而又难治的肩-手综合征的方法,提高临床疗效,减少治残率。方法采用常规西医氯唑沙宗口服基础上加服自拟中药方肩手消肿定痛汤口服,结合肩手蒸浴敷熨方外用熏洗敷熨,再配合针刺局部肩五针(极泉、肩贞、肩髎、肩髃、肩内陵)、巨刺法取健侧头针颞顶后斜线中2/5区和肿痛对侧健侧上肢相应腧穴针刺的方法治疗。结果显效66例,比例73.3%;有效23例,比例25.6%;无效1例,比例1.1%;总有效率98.9%。结论中西医结合方法治疗肩一手综合征疗效显著,方法简便实用,值得基层医院临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical treatment of cerebrovascular disease and its symptoms in common and intractable postherpetic shoulder hand syndrome methods to improve the clinical efficacy,reduce disability rate rule. Methods Conventional western medicine chlorzoxazone add services on the basis of oral self-prescription shoulder-hand swelling and pain decoction combined with shoulder-hand side steam bath deposited iron topical fumigation deposited iron,together with partial shoulder five acupuncture needles （ very spring, shoulder Chen,Jianliao,shoulder Yu,Shoulder Ling） ,contralateral needling method to take after a slash in the temporal-parietal scalp 2 /5 of the contralateral limb contralateral areas and swelling corresponding acupoints acupuncture method of treatment. Results 66 cases markedly,the proportion was 73. 3% ; effective 23 cases, the proportion of 25. 6% ; ineffective one case,the ratio of 1. 1% ; total efficiency of 98. 9% . Conclusion The method of treatment of Integrative significant shoulder hand syndrome,the method is simple and practical, it is the primary hospital clinical practice.
