利多卡因对气管拔管心血管反应的作用及护理观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察利多卡因对气管拔管心血管反应的治疗作用。方法选择40例ASAI~II级,全麻下行妇科腹腔镜手术的患者,随机分为两组,对照组(C组)和利多卡因组(L组),分别于气管拔管前2min静注生理盐水5ml和利多卡因1.5mg/kg。记录气管拔管前后收缩压、舒张压和心率的变化。结果与基础值比较,对照组拔管后收缩压、舒张压和心率显著升高,利多卡因组拔管后的心血管反应显著低于对照组。结论气管拔管前2min静注利多卡因1.5mg/kg,有效抑制了气管拔管的心血管反应,有利于气管拔管的护理。 Objective To investigate the effect of lidocaine on the haemodynamic responses to tracheal extubation. Methods Forty gynecology patients( ASA I-II) who underwent elective laparoscopic surgery were randomly assigned into two groups,group℃received 5 ml of 0. 9% saline and group D received lidocaine 1. 5 mg /kg,These medications were given 2 min before tracheal extubation. Changes in SAP,DAP and HR were measured during and after tracheal extubation. Results Patients who received saline showed a significant increase in SAP、DAP and HR associated with tracheal extubation compared to the basline. These increases after tracheal extubation were reduced in lidocaine-treated patients compared with that of the control group. Conclusion Iv lidocaine 1. 5 mg /kg before extubation significantly attenuated the haemodynamic response to tracheal extubation,and this benefical effect have facility in nursing.
