摘要
为使化学泡沫去污工艺达到后处理厂工程应用水平 ,进行了酸性泡沫对后处理厂模拟样品的去污实验研究。结果表明 ,在室温条件下 ,酸性草酸泡沫对模拟污染样品的去污效果较好 ,不锈钢去污系数为 8. 87~ 14 . 34,漆钢为 6 . 5 7~ 8. 40 ;酸性硫酸高铈泡沫对模拟污染样品有很好的去污效果 ,不锈钢去污系数为 12 . 39~ 2 4. 0 8,漆钢为 3. 6 2~ 5 . 14。这两种酸性泡沫适合对后处理厂大体积、复杂形状和多锈的放射性污染设备、设施去污 。
In order to make chemical foam decontaminating process available for engineering purpose at reprocessing plant,the study on acidic foam decontaminating effect was carried out on radioactively contaminated samples collected from the reprocessing plant.The results show that,at the room temperature,ceric sulfate foam has excellent decontamination effect on simulated samples,with contamination coefficients ranging from 12.39 to 24.08 for stainless steel,from 3.62 to 5.14 for carbon steel.Also oxalic acidic foam has good effect,with contamination coefficients ranging from 8.87 to 14.34 for stainless steel,from 6.57 to 8.40 for carbon steel.These two kinds of acidic foams are applicable to decontaminating radioactively contaminated equipment/device and facilities with large volume and a lot of rust,thus providing supportive data for further pilot experiment.
