作业流程重组在静脉药物配置中心的应用实践

Application of business process reengineering in pharmacy intravenous admixture service

目的探讨作业流程重组在静脉药物配置中心的应用效果。方法对静脉药物配置中心运用作业流程重组前及运用作业流程重组后的效率进行研究。结果观察组差错数为62例少于对照组289例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组破损数235支少于对照组425支,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论作业流程重组在静脉药物配置中心能够有效减少药品的出错数和破损数,对保障患者用药安全、有效和病区医务工作顺利开展起到了积极作用。

Objective To study the effect of business process reengineering used in intravenous drug allocation center. Methods Study on efficiency about use of business process reengineering or use process after the reorganization of intravenous drug allocation center. Results The number of errors of the observation group 62 cases less than 289 cases in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （ P 0. 01） . The number of damaged of the observation group of 235 less than the control group 425,the difference was statistically significant （ P 0. 01 ） . Conclusion Business process reengineering can effectively reduce the error number and the number of drug damage in PIVAS,to protect the patient medication safety,effective and in medical work has played a positive role.
