摘要
本文主要介绍了热带滨海热电厂中埋地管道、法兰、阀门、不锈钢部件等部件腐蚀的综合防治。采用预组装镁合金牺牲阳极保护电厂中的埋地管道,采用热塑性弹性体涂层保护电厂中法兰及阀门等,采用缓蚀剂与牺牲阳极联合保护海水淡化设备,通过综合腐蚀控制方法对不同工况钢质结构进行防腐保护。
Introduce the protect technic of buried pipe,flange,valve and stainless steel units in tropical coastal power plant.Using Mg anode to protect the buried pipeline in power plant,using Thermoplastic elastomer coating to protect the flange and valve,and using inhibitor and sacrificial anode to protect the sea water desalting equipment.Using comprehensive corrosion control methods to protect different steel structure in real flied.
