摘要
目的:研究鸡矢藤口服液(paederiaeoralliquid,PoL)对4种小鼠炎症、疼痛模型的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:将动物随机分为对照组、鸡矢藤口服液高(1.126g·kg^-1)、低(0.563g·kg^-1)剂量组和阳性对照组,考察鸡矢藤口服液灌胃给药对小鼠棉球肉芽肿炎症和冰醋酸所致毛细血管通透性增加的影响;采用小鼠冰醋酸扭体法和热板法考察鸡矢藤口服液对疼痛模型的镇痛作用。结果:抗炎实验结果显示,POL高、低剂量组均能明显抑制小鼠棉球肉芽肿的生成,抑制率分别为58.77%、56.95%(P〈0.05);降低冰醋酸所致毛细血管的渗出,抑制率分别为39.50%、37.02%(P〈0.05—0.01)。镇痛实验结果显示,1.126g·kg^-1 POL可减少疼痛反应次数(P〈0.05),延迟扭体反应出现的时间,延长率为59.34%(P〈0.05),有效提高热板法致小鼠疼痛的痛阈值(P〈0.05)。结论:鸡矢藤口服液对急慢性炎症有显著的抗炎作用,对化学或物理刺激产生的疼痛有一定的镇痛作用。
Objective: To investigate anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of extract of paederiae oral liquid (POL)to four kinds of mice inflammation or pain model. Methods: 40 mice were randomly divided into four groups:POL high dose (1.126g·kg^-1),low dose (0.563g·kg^-1) the positive control group and negative control group,effect of POL studied on granulomatous tissue formation in mice cotton implantation and intensify of capillary the intraperitioneal permeability by acetic acid were observed;analgesia effect was assessed by the methods of hot-plate and writhing test method. Results: The results showed that POL had significantly anti-inflammatory effect in high- dose and low-dose groups,which inhibited cotton granuloma formation remarkably and had high inhibition rate were 58.77% ,56.95%(P〈0.05 ) respectively;POL reduced intensify of capillary to the intraperitioneal permeability by acetic acid in mice, which had high the inhibition rate of 39.50%,37.02%(P〈0.05-0.01 ) respectively. In the writhing test, 1.126 g·kg^-1 POL,lateney of writhing were delayed more than 59.34% and the number of writhing were decreased obviously (P〈0.05). 1.126g·kg^-1 POL effectively increased the pain threshold value in hot plate test of mice (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Extracts of Paederiae oral liquid had significant anti-inflammatory effect for acute and chronic inflammation model, and had analgesic effect on chemical or physical stimuli pain model.
