复方黄芩苷口腔缓释膜对大鼠实验性牙周炎的治疗作用

Therapeutic effect of Compound Baic alin Oral Sustained Release film for experimental periodontitis of rat

目的:观察复方黄芩苷口腔缓释膜对Wistar大鼠实验性牙周炎的治疗作用。方法:建立Wistar大鼠牙周炎动物模型,将模型动物随机分成5组:复方黄芩苷口腔缓释膜高、中、低剂量组、黄芩苷阳性对照组及模型对照组,观察给药后牙周炎的愈合情况。结果:复方黄芩苷口腔缓释膜各剂量组均能不同程度促进牙周炎愈合。结论:复方黄芩苷口腔缓释膜对Wistar大鼠实验性牙周炎有较好的治疗作用。

Objectivefl＇o evaluate the effect of Compound baiealin oral sustained release f＇dm for the expeimental periodontitis in Wistar rats. Methods：A model of periodontitis in the periodontium of Wistar rats was set up,The rats were randomly given with Different dose of Compound baiealin oral sustained release film or baiealin film and model.
