温阳法治疗76例阳虚症不育症的精液结果分析及疗效观察

The results of treatment of 76 cases of semen Yang Yang Deficiency Syndrome infertility analysis and curative effect observation

目的:探讨精液检查在中医治疗男性不育诊断中的重要性,并观察用温阳法治疗阳虚证不育症的疗效。方法:从2008年11月-2012年9月从我院中医门诊就诊的不育症患者中筛选出符合肾阳虚症的不育症76例,随机分组用西药和温阳法对照治疗,采用精液质量分析仪常规分析,分析治疗前后患者精液质量,观察精子密度,(A+B)级精子以及精子成活率,畸形率变化。结果:温阳法治疗前后精液各指标变化明显高于西药组(P<0.05),而温阳法治疗中用"五子衍宗丸+桂附地黄丸+复方玄驹胶囊"更优于其他方法(P<0.05)。结论:在中医治疗不育症的过程中结合精液检查,能更客观的为诊断、治疗、疗效观察提供准确有效的科学依据,对提高不育症治疗成功率具有重要的临床意义。

Objective： Discussion on importance of semen examination for diagnosis of the male infertility in Chinese medicine, and observe the efficacy of warming yang deficiency of infertility treatment. Method： From 2008 November -2012 year in September from the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine hospital outpatient infertility patients were screened with kidney-yang deficiency syndrome infertility in 76 cases, patients were randomly divided into treatment with western medicine and warming Yang, the sperm quality analyzer in routine analysis, analysis before and after treatment in patients with semen quality, observe the sperm density, （A＋B） sperm and sperm survival rate, deformity rate changes. Result： Warming Yang therapy before and after the changes of sperm was significantly higher than that of Western medicine group （P〈0.05）,while the warming Yang therapy with ＂Wuzi Yanzong pill and Guifu Dihuang Pill＋compound Xuanju capsule＂ is better than the other methods （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Combined with semen examination in the process of Chinese medicine treatment of infetl.ility, more objective for the diagnosis,treatment,and provide accurate and effective scientific basis for clinical observation, has important clinical significance to increase the success rate of infertility treatment.
