小牛血清去蛋白提取物与甲硝唑、维生素C治疗老年性口腔溃疡临床观察

An observation on the curative effect of and a compariso n beteween Deproteinized Calf Blood Injection and traditional persral Metronidazole combined with external application of Vitamin C powder for gerontism recurrent Oral Ulceration

目的:观察小牛血去蛋白提取物注射液治疗老年性口腔溃疡的临床疗效,并与甲硝唑联合维生素C研磨外敷治疗老年性口腔溃疡的疗效作比较。方法:我院干部病房收治的60例反复发作口腔溃疡老年患者根据治疗方法的不同随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组给予小牛血去蛋白提取物注射液外敷治疗,对照组给予甲硝唑联合维生素C研磨外敷治疗,观察比较两组连续治疗7天口腔溃疡治疗的疗效及溃疡愈合情况。结果:其中观察组总有效率为96.7%;对照组总有效率为80%。两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。说明观察组临床症状治愈和缓解情况明显优于对照组。治疗期间两组均未见局部及全身的不良反应。结论:小牛血去蛋白提取物注射液治疗口腔溃疡的疗效明显优于甲硝唑联合维生素C研磨外敷,临床症状缓解情况明显优于甲硝唑联合维生素C,安全性好、复发率低,效果显著,尤其是对老年性反复发作性口腔溃疡患者值得推广。

Objective：observe the curative effect of Deproteinized Calf Blood Injection for gerontism recurrent Oral Ulceration,and make a comparison between it and that of traditional persral Metronidazole combined with external application of Vitamin C powder. Method： Among 60 samples of gerontism recurrent oral ulceration we had in our hospital,based on the differences in treatment ways between deproteinized calf blood injection and persral metronidazole combined with external application of the Vitamin C powder, we grouped them into two groups by way of random grouping method, one is observation group, the other is control group,with 30 samples in each of the group,using deproteinized calf blood injection in the observation group, and persral metronidazole combined with external application of Vitamin C powder in the control group,then we compared the curative and healing effects in each of the group. Result： in observation group, the total effective rate for gerontism recurrent oral ulceration was 96.7%, and in control group,it was 80%. The differences between the two groups are in statistical significance. It proves that the curative and healing effects in observation group are better than those in control group. There were also no any of untoward reaction happened in both of the groups. Conclusion： both of the curative and healing effects of deproteinized calf blood injection for gerontism recurrent oral ulceration are better than that of tile traditional persral metronidazole combined with external application of Vitamin C powder,so It proves to a be more safe,better effect way with less recurrent rate for deproteinized calf blood injection than traditional gersral metronidazole combined with external application of Vitamin C powder.
