静脉腔内激光手术联合中药治疗下肢静脉曲张临床研究

Clinical Study of Vein Laser Surgeryon Ccombined with TCM in the Treatment of Varicose Vein of Lower Eextremity

目的:探讨静脉腔内激光手术联合中药治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法:将60例下肢静脉曲张患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组单纯采用大隐静脉高位结扎术加静脉腔内激光手术,观察组在对照组的基础上联合中药治疗。结果:两组患者术后并发症改善时间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:静脉腔内激光手术联合中药辨证治疗下肢静脉曲张具有显著疗效。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of vein laser surgeryon combined with TCM in the treatment of varicose vein of lower extremity. Methods ：60 cases with varicose veins of lower extremity were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given high ligation of great saphenous vein combined with vein laser surgeryon. The treatment group was given TCM treatment based on the control group. Compare the recovery of postoperative complications. Results：Compared the recovery of postoperative complications, the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Vein laser surgeryon combined with TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremity had quick recovery and significant postoperative complications improvement.
