袁占盈教授从虚论治痹证验案浅析

目的:总结袁占盈教授治疗痹证的经验。方法:通过对典型病案进行浅析,总结袁教授治疗痹证的经验。结果:袁老将痹证的病因病机为正虚邪痹,正虚包括气虚、血虚、阴虚、阳虚,主张从虚论治痹证,或补气兼以祛邪、或养血兼以祛邪、或滋阴兼以祛邪、或温阳兼以祛邪。结论:袁占盈教授治疗痹证疗效显著。

Objective ：To summarize the experience by Professor Yuan Zhanying in the treatment of arthralgia zheng. Methods：Summarize the experiences of Professor Yuan through typical medical records. Results ： Professor Yuan considers the etiology and pathogenesis of arhralgia zheng is Zhengxu Xiebi. Zhengxu includes qi deficiency, blood deficiency, yin deficiency, yang deficiency, claiming of treatment from asthenia, or invigorating qi to eliminate pathogenic, or nourishing blood to eliminate pathogenic, or nourishing yin to eliminate pathogenic,or warming yang to eliminate pathogenic. Conclusion ：The curative effect of the treatment by Professor Yuan for arthralgia zheng is remarkable.
